Subscription Management

IPConfig offers flexible subscription options to meet different user needs. You can choose from monthly membership, yearly membership, or one-time lifetime membership.

Subscription Plans

Free Plan

  • Price: Free
  • Credits: 1,000 credits per month
  • IP Query Rate Limit: 10 requests per minute
  • Features: Basic IP query and ping test

Monthly Membership

  • Price: $4.9/month
  • Credits: 50,000 credits per month
  • IP Query Rate Limit: 10 requests per second
  • Features: All API features + priority support

Yearly Membership

  • Price: $49/year (equivalent to $4.17/month)
  • Credits: 50,000 credits per month
  • IP Query Rate Limit: 10 requests per second
  • Features: All API features + priority support
  • Savings: 17% off compared to monthly billing

Lifetime Membership

  • Price: $499 (one-time payment)
  • Credits: 1,000,000 credits per month
  • IP Query Rate Limit: 100 requests per second
  • Features: All API features + priority support
  • Advantage: Pay once, use forever

Subscription Process

1. Choose Plan

Select the subscription plan that fits your needs on the pricing page.

2. Create Account

If you don't have an account yet, you'll need to register for an IPConfig account first.

3. Payment

We support multiple payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards
  • PayPal

4. Service Activation

Your membership benefits will take effect immediately after successful payment.

Subscription Management

View Subscription Status

On the subscription management page in the console, you can view:

  • Current subscription plan
  • Subscription status (active/cancelled/expired)
  • Next renewal date
  • Remaining credits
  • Usage statistics

Cancel Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

  1. Go to the subscription management page
  2. Click the "Cancel Subscription" button
  3. Confirm the cancellation

Note: After cancelling, you can still use the service until the current billing cycle ends.

Reactivate Subscription

If you previously cancelled your subscription, you can reactivate it at any time:

  1. Go to the subscription management page
  2. Click the "Resubscribe" button
  3. Select a new subscription plan

Stripe Billing Management

We use Stripe as our payment processor. You can manage your billing through the Stripe customer portal:

  • Update payment methods
  • Download invoices
  • View payment history
  • Update billing address
  • Manage tax information

Billing and Invoices

Invoice Generation

  • Invoices are automatically generated after each successful payment
  • Invoices are sent to your registered email
  • Historical invoices can be downloaded from the console

Invoice Information

Each invoice contains:

  • Subscription plan details
  • Payment amount and date
  • Service period
  • Tax information (if applicable)
  • Company information

Refund Policy

  • 7-day no-questions-asked refund: New users can request a full refund within 7 days of first payment
  • Prorated refund: Yearly users can request prorated refunds for unused months
  • Lifetime membership: Full refund available within 30 days

Credit System

Credit Allocation

  • Free users: 1,000 credits per month
  • Paid users: 50,000 credits per month

Credit Usage

  • IP location query: 1 credit per query
  • Ping test: 1 credit per node
  • Get My IP: Free

Additional Credits

If your monthly credits aren't enough, you can:

  1. Upgrade to a higher plan
  2. Purchase additional one-time credit packages
  3. Wait for next month's credit replenishment

Q: Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

A: Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Service will stop at the end of the current billing cycle after cancellation.

Q: Can I get a refund if I cancel my yearly membership mid-term?

A: Yes, we provide prorated refunds for unused months.

Q: Is lifetime membership really lifetime?

A: Yes, after one payment you'll permanently enjoy membership benefits, including 1,000,000 credits per month.

Q: Do credits expire?

A: Monthly allocated credits reset each month, but purchased additional credit packages don't expire.

Q: Can I get invoices?

A: Yes, invoices are automatically generated after each payment, and you can also download them from the console.

Q: How do I update my payment method?

A: You can update your payment method in the Stripe customer portal.
