Credits are the consumption units for using IPConfig API services. Different API services consume different amounts of credits. This documentation will help you understand how to manage credits, purchase additional credit packages, and monitor usage.

- Usage Statistics: Number of credits used this month
Credit Priority
Credit usage follows this priority:
- Use monthly gifted credits first
- Then use purchased permanent credits
- Purchased credits never expire

When your subscription's monthly credits aren't enough, you can purchase additional credit packages:

Basic Package

- API Service: Specific API service that consumed credits

- Refund Return: Credits returned due to refunds and other reasons

1. Reasonable Usage Planning
- Choose appropriate subscription plans based on actual needs
- Monitor monthly credit usage

- Cache IP location query results (24-48 hours)
- Reasonably select the number of ping test nodes
- Avoid duplicate or unnecessary API calls

Handling Insufficient Credits
When Credits Are Insufficient:
- API Calls Rejected: Returns insufficient credits error
- Service Suspended: Cannot use paid API services

- Purchased credit packages are not affected by subscription refunds
